We are offering the fourth in a new series of public seminars, primarily for individuals who wish to have a direct and experiential taste of the Diamond Approach work. The yearly seminars present the Diamond Approach teaching form a specific and fresh perspective. Although there might be a relationship of one to another, each one stands on its own.

To effectively engage the spiritual quest, our motivation needs to be a deepening love and desire for truth, freedom, God, enlightenment or liberation. Tenderness and passion need to come together as Eros, the magnetic love that can lead to uniting our soul with its True Nature. This expression of spiritual presence also underlies the drive for union that we human beings think of as sexual love.

We will explore the unity of heart and desire necessary for the effective movement towards spiritual realization. We will also explore how our intimate relationships can become an expression of this realization and crucibles for its development. When love and desire unite we can be one with our True Nature, which opens up the possibility to express this union in our love relationships.

2008 USA Quasar 5-day Retreat
Heart-Mind: The Divine Marriage
September 17 – 21, 2008

This 5-day retreat, which is open to the public and presented by the founders of the Diamond Approach is the first of its kind to take place in the United States. The retreat is open to anyone interested in having a direct and experiential taste of the Diamond Approach work and will present a teaching on the Divine Marriage. No previous experience is required, and this retreat is open to both the general public and current students of the Diamond Approach.

Both an open mind and a deep heart are necessary for the spiritual journey to be complete. The marriage of the intelligence of mind and the fullness of heart enhances the power of our approach to spiritual realization. In addition to the complimentarity of mind and heart we will explore their primordial unity, which is most effective in our quest for liberation. This inseparability of brilliance and intimacy, clarity and love, is the essence of wisdom we need to live a real life and express the essential nature of our being. We will combine the precision of insight with the richness of heart to open our experience to the dimensions of our consciousness that neither one can penetrate alone. We will use the dialectic between mind and heart to reveal the inner treasures needed for the true maturation and fulfillment of human life. We will engage in discussions and exercises to support the discovery and activation of the capacities and faculties of the heart-mind continuum.
